Please be patient with me!
I am an actual living breathing turtle-
i mean.. being!
I am a really slow artist...If you do commission me, please be aware that the wait time can be long while I slowly complete them.Please do not rush me or repetitively message me over and over for updates.
I will communicate whenever i get to work on your commission.I am a person and as such I am also entitled to my own personal time to draw something for me or to just relax after a busy day...

I just cannot be working on these things 24/7

CLIENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE ANY PART OF THEIR COMMISSIONED ARTWORK FOR AI TRAINING, NON FUNGIBLE TOKENS (NFT) /BLOCKCHAINS ETC.USING THE ARTWORK FOR ANY ADVERTISING/PROFITS, AI, ASSOCIATED WITH NON FUNGIBLE TOKENS OR CRYPTOCURRENCY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

YOU WILL BE PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED.

but only if its a small amount like stains etc.or the hands seem like they were dipped in a big ol' bucket of paintor the face was painted over idk kinda like how big cats look like after they took out their hAnGry faces out of a dEad carcass

Refunds are possible only if:

its requested prior to the lineart stage

(in other words...refund isn't possible after the sketch stage)

there's an emergency that would make me incapable of working on commissions

NOTE!

If you request a refund when i've already finished the sketch...the percent of the money refunded will differ depending on the type of commission you've ordered

Animation Commisisons are NON-REFUNDABLE unless i am under circumstances that prevent me from working on your commission

Emergency Commissions sadly cannot be refunded :[

- please make sure that you have everything ready before dming me about the commission...
- I will not change or add things on your commission if i already passed the sketch phase, UNLESS you would like me to fix minor things
(minor things being a missing marking, jewelry, etc)

(I will send you a sketch of what your character will look like before I finish the product)

Terms Of Service

YOU CAN

• You can make changes to the character but not to the point it's unrecognizable.• Own and make multiple variants of my designs (they cannot be sold separately and must be within the same toyhouse character page)• Transfer any of my designs to anyone that isn’t currently on my blacklist and is aware of my TOS. please wait at LEAST 2 weeks after obtaining a design of mine before you trade/sell it.

• If a design of mine is traded, you do NOT have the right to resell them.•

• Please only sell them for the base value + paid additional artwork*•

• Please state in the toyhouse ownership change the details of the transaction, including if it was a trade, or if it was for cash, the amount.•

YOU CAN'T

• Sell any of the designs to people on the blacklist channel. [got none rn LMAO]• Remove me as the designer.• Claim the design as your own creation• Raise the price if there is no added art• Buy and then immediately put the design up for sale• Own one of my designs if you do not have a toyhouse account, or trade/sell/gift them to any user without one.

• *Only Commissions and your own "Quality" artwork will increase the value. (Quality being, an artwork that you could offer as a commission or for a trade, not little doodles)
Trades , requests, raffle prizes, gift art and such, will NOT increase the value.

Designs Received For FREE
(RAFFLE, GIFT, ETC.):

• A design received for free, has a value of 0 USD!

it will not change regardless of additional artworks* created (for example, a free design with a commissioned bust of 10 USD, will have an overall value of 10 USD)

• You cannot trade a design of mine you received for free, unless additional artwork* via yourself or commission is added.

as the character has no value (if it has no paid or self made artwork created)

• You cannot SELL a free design of mine unless commissioned artwork is added

your own personal artwork will not count.
